Here are the phases we go through to determine if we are a good fit to work with your company.
Phase 1: Phone Qualification
Objective: During our initial phone conversation we want to determine if we are are a good fit for each other. We do this by discussing the 4 PROVEN marketing systems we use to ensure your success. If we feel that you are determined and have the means to grow your business then we move onto phase two.
Phase 2: Marketing Audit
Objective: In phase two we complete a marketing audit. The audit is a series of questions that cover 5 key areas of marketing. Each question has a point value that we use to determine an overall grade for each section. Once we know where you need the most help we move onto phase three.
Phase 3: Service Alignment
Objective: In phase three, our objective is to determine what services best align with what your company needs. These services are determined by phase 2 marketing grades, your industry and what your competitors are doing to succeed. With a plan in hand we move to phase four.
Phase 4: Proposal to Begin
Once we understand your businesses and have assessed your needs for growth, we will present you with a formal proposal for monthly marketing. All DoubleFish Marketing proposals are based on intimate knowledge of your business and the direction it needs to go to succeed.
